Jeff Humke joined BioStem Technologies in 2025 as Vice President of Human Resources, bringing with him over 25 years of experience leading and transforming HR functions across the life sciences and biotechnology sectors. His extensive expertise spans the full spectrum of people operations, including project and performance management, organizational development, talent acquisition, compensation strategy, HR technology implementation, and employee relations.

Prior to joining BioStem, Jeff held executive HR leadership roles at Akron Biotechnology and at various divisions of The Stronach Group, Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with corporate growth strategies. Earlier in his career, he advanced through several HR roles at Nabi Biopharmaceuticals, building a strong foundation in employee engagement and operational excellence.

Jeff holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Health Care Administration and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). His leadership and contributions to the HR field have been recognized by South Florida Business and Wealth Magazine and the South Florida Manufacturers Association. He has also served as President of the BioFlorida HR Association, where he championed talent development and industry collaboration across Florida’s life sciences community.
