What are spontaneous recognition awards?

These are formal acknowledgments designed to celebrate the achievements, contributions, and behaviors of employees that align with BioStem’s goals and company values. These awards can recognize various accomplishments, from demonstrating exceptional performance to outstanding teamwork or creativity. Whether someone went above and beyond on a project, lent a helping hand, or simply brought a little extra positivity to the team on a challenging day, we want to hear about it!
