An executive with 18 years of Wall Street experience on both the buy and sell-side, Noah joins BioStem to oversee the company’s corporate strategy and capital markets efforts. Previously, Noah was Managing Member of Black Brook Capital Management, his Family Office, where he worked closely with investment banks and equity/debt capital markets desks on public and private market transactions from the buy-side, utilizing his deep knowledge of ECM/DCM structuring and capital formation. Before Black Brook, Noah was an Equity Shareholder at Gilford Securities’ investment banking division, where he led sell-side public and privately held company mandates for the firm, including Keystone Heart’s Series B funding round led by OrbiMed.

Noah holds an MBA from the University of Denver with a concentration in management and a BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
